Catrina Rustin

Mrs. Rustin attended school at Georgia Southern University and the University of Phoenix and received a Bachelor’s degree in Child and Family Development and a Master’s degree in Elementary Teacher Education. She has experience volunteering with a variety of organizations.

Mrs. Rustin has 13 years of teaching experience and believes in using hands on activities and manipulatives to teach the conceptual part of math. When prepping for the first day of school, she plans activities to ensure students will be actively engaged and invested in their learning. She loves watching students accomplish a task that was once too difficult for them.

She finds the best way to motivate her students is by establishing a rapport with them and letting them know that they matter.

Her favorite subjects to teach are Math and Science.
